Who we are
WedNextDay (WedNextDay, “we”, “us”) is an individually-operated business based in India, running at e-invite-maker.com. You can reach us at support@e-invite-maker.com, or see our Contact page for more ways to reach us.
Information we collect
What we hold depends on how you use the platform:
- Account and profile. Your user id, email, display name, account role(s), subscription tier, and billing country. Billing country is captured once at signup from what you tell us, never inferred from your IP address, and can’t be changed afterward.
- Guest list data, if you’re a host. Each guest’s name (required), email (optional), and any custom fields you add to your spreadsheet or grid. This is your data: you upload it, you own it, and our access-control rules scope it to you alone. Designers never see it — not the names, not the emails, not one row. That is enforced in our security rules, not just written in this policy.
- RSVP responses. An accept/decline and a timestamp, linked to a single unguessable per-invite link rather than to your account identity in the underlying record.
- Purchases and billing. Billing country, the amount and currency of what you paid, and reference numbers from our payment processor. We never receive or store your card details — those go directly to the processor.
- Designer payout details, only if you opt in as a designer and request a payout. Bank account holder name, bank name, account number, IFSC code, and optionally a UPI id or PAN. This is restricted internally to you and the one account-owner role that handles payouts — not visible even to our own moderation staff.
How we use it
To run the product: generate and send your invitations, track RSVPs, process payments and designer payouts, respond to support requests, and understand aggregate product usage so we can fix what’s broken.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your data. The services below process it on our behalf, each for a specific purpose:
- Firebase / Google Cloud — hosts our authentication, database, file storage, and backend functions. All app data passes through this infrastructure.
- Razorpay — processes payments for buyers billed in South Asia, our only live payment region today. Receives billing country and purchase amounts; never receives your card number.
- Dodo Payments — planned for buyers billed in the US, EU, and other regions once that region goes live. Not processing any payments yet.
- ZeptoMail / Zoho (India data center) — sends your invitation emails. Receives the guest’s name, email address, and the invitation content needed to deliver it.
- Google Sheets — only if you import guests from a Google Sheet. The sheet is read directly from your browser using your own Google sign-in; its contents never pass through our servers.
Cookies and analytics
We don’t currently run a cookie-consent banner. When enabled, Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) may set its own cookies to measure anonymous product-usage funnels — for example, which pages get visited before a signup. It does not receive guest names, emails, or invitation content. We don’t set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies ourselves.
Data retention and deletion
You can request account deletion from your account settings. We delete your guest lists, invitations, delivery records, templates, subscriptions, and designer account, along with your login itself, across our systems. Some financial records tied to completed transactions may be retained separately for payout accounting.
Your rights and requests
We don’t yet have a self-serve export tool. Email support@e-invite-maker.com to request a copy of your data, ask a question, or request deletion.
Children’s data
WedNextDay isn’t directed at children, and we don’t run age verification, so we don’t knowingly let anyone under the age of majority hold an account. A guest list may still contain a minor’s name, the same way any wedding or birthday invite list might.
International data processing
Billing and email delivery are processed in India. Application data runs on Google Cloud infrastructure, which may process data in other regions under Google’s own arrangements.
Security
Access to your data is controlled by rules that scope it to its owner, with payout details restricted further still. No system is completely secure; if you believe you’ve found a problem, please tell us at support@e-invite-maker.com.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update the date at the top of this page whenever we change it materially.
