Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope

This policy covers template purchases in our marketplace, paid through Razorpay for buyers billed in South Asia — our only live payment method today. It will extend to other payment methods as they launch.

The refund window

You may request a refund on a template purchase within 14 days of payment.

What makes a purchase non-refundable

The moment you generate even one invitation with a purchased template, that purchase becomes final and non-refundable — regardless of how many days remain in the window above. The deliverable has already been produced, so there is nothing left to reverse.

Refund limit

To keep this self-serve process fair for everyone, you may take up to 3 refunds in any rolling 365-day period. If you have a genuine case beyond that limit, email us and we’ll review it by hand.

What you get back

The full amount you paid, including processing fees. We absorb the fee ourselves rather than deducting it from your refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@e-invite-maker.com with your purchase details, and we’ll confirm eligibility.

Timing

Your access to the template is revoked as soon as a refund is approved. The money itself is returned by Razorpay and typically reflects in your original payment method within a few working days — we don’t control your bank’s own processing time.

Subscription cancellations

Host subscription plans are billed flat-rate per period. Cancelling stops future renewal but doesn’t refund the current period — you keep access until it ends. There’s no proration for downgrades or early cancellation.
