By creating an account or using WedNextDay, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.
WedNextDay is a marketplace: designers list invitation templates, hosts buy or claim them and personalize them from a guest list, and each guest receives a personalized invitation with its own private RSVP link.
Every account starts as a host. Becoming a designer is opt-in and anyone can do it from their account settings. Administrative and payout-owner roles are internal-only and are never granted through public signup.
You’re responsible for the guest data you upload — for having the right to use each guest’s name and email for the invitation you’re sending them. Don’t use the platform to harass anyone or to upload data you don’t have the right to use.
When your template sells, you keep 70% of the price and the platform keeps 30%. The split in force at the moment of a sale is fixed to that sale — a later rate change never affects a purchase already made.
Every upload is automatically sanitized and then reviewed before it can be listed for sale. We may reject or delist a submission that fails review or violates these terms. You can unlist your own template at any time; hosts who already bought it keep what they bought.
Host subscriptions come in a free tier plus several paid tiers, billed flat-rate per period, and a metered pay-as-you-go tier. Billing today runs through Razorpay for South Asia; Dodo Payments is planned for other regions. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but takes effect at the end of your current billing period — there’s no partial refund of time already paid for. Changing plans currently requires cancelling your existing plan and waiting for it to end before starting a new one.
Template purchase refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is the authoritative source for refund rules — not this page.
Designers retain ownership of the templates they upload. Buying or claiming a template grants you a license to personalize and use it for your own event — it doesn’t grant resale rights. The WedNextDay name, brand, and software are ours.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You can close your own account at any time from account settings.
